Nature and Me

Rainbows from a storm set up, Left dazzling colors of hues Clouds in the backdrop start to fade away I think of sugar plums dancing in play. The sun sends out its rays of light, Winds in the air blowing just right A drizzle of rain comes around Not a drop of it hit the ground. Nature, I do love its flowering smell, And I can only begin to story-tell That I've had this long-lasting affair Where I and nature do not despair. It is with her that gives me ease, She's never failed me, she has always pleased She breathes me in as I enter her woods She took my hand, and there I stood. Nature and her acceptance of me, Free my mind of all drudgeries She breathes me in as I enter her woods She is beautiful to me, she's misunderstood

When I get the chance to go to nature's woods, her acceptance of my presence there is so invoking, and I can feel the forest come alive, she talks to me as I talk with the plants, I'm a deep-rooted empath. I take my drawing pad with me when it isn't humid or hot because of O² reasons. But thank you for the lovely comments and your visit. I appreciate you finding time to do so. Have a Great Day, SuZ! Blessings. Warm Regards, William
