Natural Therapy

The coastline on a stormy day,
Foaming waves of the cold grey sea
Pounding the beach around the bay.

Nothing hi-tech, just strangely free,
A vision to refresh the soul,
Foaming waves of the cold grey sea.

Nature’s medicine makes you whole
Watching the water grey and white,
A vision to refresh the soul.

The sky is  dull, my mood is bright,
My spirits lift and I feel free
Watching the water grey and white.

Modern life always takes its toll,
Ever the wind and waves prevail,
My spirits lift and I feel free.

Hearing the seagulls’ plaintive wail,
The coastline on a stormy day,
Ever the wind and waves prevail,
Pounding the beach around the bay.
