Gosh that's tragic! Diving frivolously but there the phantom shark awaits .. very mysterious and suspenseful like a silent warning. Brilliantly inked haiku, dear Sara.. stirred my soul! Sending you love and light always ~

Sharma, there are always sharks there, but we swim or play in the ocean not worried about it. It just happens that some people get bitten and manage to survive or some not so lucky don't . The best place to protect from anything that bites or stings in the ocean or sea is on the shore or beach. I like you nice comments. Thank you very much. Sara K.

There is great threat waiting. Is it an attempt at suicide or just an adventurous feat? This will hold us in suspense. Great Haiku.
