Mystical Magnetism

The moment you walked into the room,
we were so in tune—
I felt our breaths shaking,
hearts palpating,
hesitant smiles,
twinkling eyes.

Silence engulfed us:
charged, erratic, uncertain,
But still, my feet moved toward you—
like a moth to light,
waves to shore,
bird to sky,
a destination to a long lost traveller,
home to a vagabond's scattered thoughts.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
