My Wife
There’s a world I live in,
And I’m surrounded by beauty,
I don’t wake with sin,
Because through the night she’s with me,
In this world I live in,
I Wake in a world surreal,
She’s got a beauty within,
And I’ve got a very good deal.
I look around the world I live in,
And nothing compares to her,
Her smile lights up the room within,
From the moment I met her, I had to incur
So this is my life, and the world I live in,
She’s still peeling my layers,
She’s so forgiving,
She’s ignored the naysayers,
She only cares about living,
She’s the everything I could ask for,
And I for one, hope this is only the beginning
