Miss Kitty was a small half Siamese cat that I found one day after our neighbors moved and just left her sitting on the sidewalk outside their house. I watched her sit there waiting for them to return for several days and mentioned her to my husband. He said,"Well, if you're sure we aren't stealing someone's cat go and get her." So I went and got her and never regretted taking her in. We had her for several years and then she got diabetis and her kidneys shut down.  We had to have her put to sleep. It hurts my heart to this day whenever I think of her and how sweet she was. She couldn't tell us when she was ill.  I will never forget her gentle sweetness and love. She was very special.

I have a little kitty cat. I love her very much. She has blue eyes and soft brown fur, That's silky to the touch. She cuddles close beside me, As we lie in sweet repose, And purring softly kneads my shoulder, With her tiny little toes. I haven't much to offer her, She doesn't ask for much, Save home and hearth, enough to eat, A kindly hand and such. And as we lay there dreaming, I can't help but wonder at, The large amount of love God sends, In the heart of one small cat.

Hello Judy, it is normal to miss your cat. I will be going through the same feelings you are having now. My sister's dog is 13 years old and has cancer. Her days are numbered. Sometimes there are times we are not able to do anythings for our pets. God Bless . Darlene

We lost our 'Lucy' to cancer a short time ago. It is amazing how they work their way into our hearts. Have a great day my friend.
