My Unprotected Thoughts

Several of my poems approaced me,
     and loudly screamed!
       They are questiong "our" poetry!

They should not be allowed to say,
       nor do,
what they do to us, and you!

They speak lies on us.
when everything we ever said was true.

They judge you by, by our mistakes.
Some even say, you're a fake.

They get mad at us, when we speak the truth
             I guess,
they never wanted to save the youth!

They get mad at us and blame the pen.
They say all of are guilty,
                   because we are your friends.

They tell us all the time,
    We are nothing more,
      than thoughts from your mind.

They say we will never understand,
     unless we know first hand.

Because we feel every emotion,
      you recieve.

Why are our words so hard to grasps?
Why when they hear our pain, the silently laugh?
Why must they constantly reject us?
Why can't you ever protect us?

I knew not what to say nor do,
      because every thought,
       suprisingly they already knew!

So I decided simply to tell them the truth.

I then said.

Because not only did I just think of the thought,
   I wrote them down,
     for others to read!

To give them the chance,
    and the free will,
       to believe!

At that time to accept you!
            OR
      To reject you!

But I relinquish all my power
            to further protect you!
