My Truths

Do you know how I feel? I want it to stop, leave me alone. Please, please go away, why do you have to come? Why do you have to invade my mind and intrude? This is so hard, so tough! I am going out of my mind when intrusive thoughts set in, like wheels spinning round and round non-stop, incessantly. Thoughts of human behavior, harmful behavior causing harm, havoc, pain. I don’t have the answers to people’s sufferings, to the unfairness in the world. The truth is I struggle with intrusive thoughts, involuntary thoughts that mindfulness, stillness, inner calm, prayers cannot control at all. I feel helpless, screaming in silence, while letting the thoughts spin and finally pass.
