This is so hard, so tough! I am going out of my mind when intrusive thoughts set in, like wheels spinning round and round non-stop, incessantly. Thoughts of human behavior, harmful behavior causing harm, havoc, pain. I don’t have the answers to people’s sufferings, to the unfairness in the world. The truth is I struggle with intrusive thoughts, involuntary thoughts that mindfulness, stillness, inner calm, prayers cannot control at all. I feel helpless, screaming in silence, while letting the thoughts spin and finally pass.
