My Son Scottie and Me

Do your best and forget the rest Really good advice I was so impressed My son Scottie is now a different lad Perhaps my years are piling up Wondering how many I have left His mum left us in '99 A loving mum to my son and wife to me Twenty-two years ago... so sad Son Scottie and I have never recovered

Keep smiling through ....... Just like you always do. ......... 'Til the blue skies chase those dark clouds far away......... You'll meet again. .......... Your poem is so sad Jack, but she doesn't want you and Scottie to be sad.

I lost my dad over 25 years ago and it still affects me to this day. How blessed we were Jack to have people like that pass through our lives. Your poem touched me Jack.

My youngest son Scottie is now 55! He never knew his grandpa! So sad, he never knew his grandpa! He was my hero!
