My Secret Cavern Pool
I have told no one about my secret cavern place
There is no reason to hurry, there is no one to race.
A world of imagination that soothes my soul.
I leave my home hurting, but now I am whole.
I can close my eyes and shut everyone out
I do not have any reason to be angry or pout.
An ethereal silence my kayak and I love.
There is no other sound from below or above.
When I get closer to the magic circle, I look around.
My meditation has begun. I can feel my body slowing down.
My breaths are farther apart now. I give a large yawn.
Perfect spot for my afternoon nap as I float on and on.
