"My Response to Rumi"

Rumi, Having fallen ill 
body and mind together,
painful creaking bones 
and misplaced feelings
tormented.
Thoughts have wildly 
danced across synapses.
Dreams remembered
yesterdays and God.
Awakening and healing.
