My Promise
When I saw you walking towards me
my life had meaning, everything would be ok.
I could never imagine how lucky I was
to know that our new life starts today.
It only made me think of the past
so many mistakes I made.
Knowing there was something missing
it was you, the only thing I craved.
I ask God this day never let me forget,
that this day stays with me until I die.
Spending from this day forward with you,
my past was worth it just to say to it goodbey.
Today with God and these witnesses,
I promise to make you happy with every breath I take.
My dream came true the day I met you,
forever you'll know my promise I'll never break.
