My Princess - a Tribute To Grandma

Looking at her
Lying peacefully
I thought "Yes,she's a princess now"
A real one
Not the "Princess" we always called her
Demanding
And bossy
Whining
Complaining
But a Princess who'll sleep forever
Not even Prince Charming kiss
Can wake her up
Looking at her
On a bed full of roses
White,yellow and dusty pink
She actually blooms
With thousand of candles
She looked radiantly beautiful
And that's when I know
She's in a better place now
Well rested
And loved.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
