My Praises Nursery Rhyme
I do give to God my praises’* delight
for waking me up to enjoy His light
letting me run, play, climb along stairs’ height
and even chase birds soaring in their flight.
The Lord I praise before sleeping tonight
thanking His goodness so great in my sight
for my dear loved ones with their caring might
and my home where I’m taught what’s good and right.
*Psalm 135:3 Praise the LORD; for the LORD is good: sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant.
