My Other World

This has become a weekly occurrence I get transported into another world, It's like I don't live in this broken world anymore Trees, birds, and amazing scenery, Fill up my eyes with wonder and joy I'm here again, My happy place I feel like I could climb a mountain, Or even touch the stars I'm pumped, I could do anything I go on a mission, To hunt a bear I'm excited but scared Suddenly I know whats coming, Not a bear but something completely different The dreadful monster, Wake It bites into my skin and tears my limbs out I don't wan't to go, But I know I have to I jerk awake, I'm back Back to the dark, bitter world
