My Only Regret

I've spent more time, falling out of love
Then I ever spent, falling in
The end is always, so clearly defined
Unlike when it begins

So if I go, I want you to know
If I had life to do, once again
There'd be no remorse, and you know of course
We'd be so much more than just friends

My only regret is all that we've missed
The smile on your face, after we share a kiss
And the sweet love, I know that we'd make
Endlessly

What's it feel like, to be my fantasy
To walk in my heart, and live in my dreams
There's only one love, in a man's life
That never ends

You've turned my passion and my desire
From the smallest of sparks, to this raging fire
And even distance, is no match for
My wanting you

My only regret is all that we've missed
The smile on your face, after we share a kiss
And the sweet love, I know that we'd make
Endlessly

My only regret is every chance
That passed right before me, where I missed the chance
And just to know that, brings me a pain
That never ends

You're my only regret...
