Notes About The Poem

Inspired having read Arthur Vaso's poem Christmas Dinner

My New Year's Resolution

My new year's resolution is I’m going to get thinner So I purchased a 'Weightwatchers’ meal as a TV dinner When I looked at the ingredients I discovered it’s a racket There is more nutritional value if had I eaten the blinking packet! 25th December 2014

HA!!! This is too cute!! I love the humor in this and your tone. So lighthearted. Do watch out for those ingredients! Not everything is "natural" or "organic" nowadays. This poem brought a smile to my face. Great write. :)
