my new start plan

healthy nutrition will fuel my body and control my weight
make my bones strong and impact my moods and stress 
exercise is so crucial for my physical and mental well being
I love walking for miles, for hours ...so  I will live longer
oh water is so important for without water body cannot
function and my life will end . . . 
I need sunshine, vitamin D-  it is vital
for my physical and mental needs and those winter blues
temperance will bring me self control, manage
impulses and create balance in my life
without air all life dies within minutes it is essential
to my existence . . . 
I need to sleep, to rest and repair my muscles and prevent
burn out_ lack of sleep results in stress
a trust in God brings me peace, strength
and creates a meaningful life-  I surrender to HIS love
