My Mother
There is no one like my mother,
Who is so kind and more than a lover,
when I was a baby and so tender,
She cuddled me so I don`t border,
She smiled so as to make me feel better,
when I was going astray as a teenager,
She sat me down to make me see clearer,
which turned me into a commander
of judgement and of good character,
For her support I became a leader,
This made many to wonder,
When I was ill and it made me feel weaker,
She was so frightened, praying to the comforter,
to save her from this trauma,
She prayed to God not to allow it last longer,
Glory be to the almighty for being my saver,
I give gratitude to HIM for a good mother,
which has made my life to move further,
Now,I am an indefatigable singer and writer,
Which has made me rich and popular.
*Dedicated to all Mothers
