Yup the old heave ho it seems. I am suffering sciatica! Need exercise, can barely walk…crazy! Hugs

Use an incline, upside down board. Keeps me reasonable pain free, and walking. It works.

Oy... I feel for you, Kim. Sciatica is awful. Have you tried G-5 deep muscle massage? It's worked for many, many patients of chiropractic and osteopathic doctors. Hope it goes away FAST. ~ gw
