My Love
Before you,
my heart condemned to pain,
my mind a mere sad stain.
burden of steps I took,
life a closed book.
My sad legacy to end,
your own hurts you stored,
in your heart a painful sword,
putting second you ignored,
your friendship you did extend,
with your love I mend.
Sleepless nights,
with awaking frights,
cold night sweats,
life inner soul threats.
True Love my life’s relief,
from all my past grief,
unfiltered loves ray,
into heart spray,
with you i wont stray.
Warmth in my mind,
eyes opened no longer blind.
New seeds we sow,
together we grow,
forever our true Love will show.
In you I trust,
together, remain we must,
thank you my Loved,
you are my Beloved.
