My Love

Where are you my love?
In the heavens above?
Under the tree where I sit?
Or off yonder way a bit?
Where can you be found?
Are you under the ground?
In those eyes of blue?
Oh where do I find you?

Often times to think and ponder
Let the Spirit loose and wander
In my mind where you are so kind
Soley there of you I find
Think thou it may be sad
Yet, seeing eyes that are so glad
With or without you My Love

My Spirit soars to the world above.

Although I did not enter it-this poem was inspired
by the contest "Longing For Love"
