My Lost Poem

My poem is where?
I had it in my mind ...a minuet thought ago,
Then, I let it slip!
It fell up to the sky, with a crash (that made no sound).
I think it landed in a corner, by an atmosphere.

It was something about death or life-
Something about a quilt; or was it a glove?
It was all about love and faith –my mother?
Or an old broken piece of glass.

I will find it: it is here –somewhere in the far and hiding.
It will fall soon and land on the paper, (with a thud)
Still it will not be mine –not mine
Not until I share it, with you!
