My Lost One

Dear Almighty!
I've lost the man
Whose rib you pulled out of him
And transformed it into me.

I've lost the protector of my life.
That special shield of mine
Is no where to be found.

My son, husband, the father of my babies
And the head of my family
Has disappeared into thin air.

The true friend I had,
The shoulder I'm supposed to lean on
When I cry,
Has gone missing.

What I see today
Is a rapist, murderer and a threat
To my life and the entire society.

Heavenly Father!
I know I am a sinner,
But please come join me in the
Search of my lost one.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
