My Little Green Horse

allow me to explain the entry below years ago I worked within domestic violence one late night a victim entered the shelter I was on duty so we sat had a cup of tea and talked I will never forget the night or woman who was an actual artist before my eyes my little green horse was born she drew me a horse out of love and appreciation truth be told it is I who appreciated her then and now thank you "my little green horse" born within the midnight hour you appeared starting over a conversation and a cup of tea your creator eagerly had all her materials ready in less than a blink of the eye you were born born by a scrap paper green pencil and kind heart your sculpture and I spoke quietly facts and truth of life situations the future and present at hand thanking me for assistance she graced me with talent for all that was that fine night and moment in time you remain my prize possession my little green horse SkyWatcher 04-02-23

Yes, it was a night I won't forget or the accomplished and talented woman who drew me my little green horse before my eyes to which I still have the drawing that I framed (smile). Please know men are victims also. I can't tell you how many times I spoke to men over the phone who struggled with being abused by their wives or girlfriends. True. Thank you again Daniel.
