My Life

MY LIFE

Lord, I feel the warmth of your beautiful sun
And it makes me smile, as my day has begun
I wake up with energy ready for the day
Sending out blessings to all the angels that will come my way

Lord, I’m so grateful for the path that I’m finally on
My daily brain training ritual starts at the crack of dawn
My morning routines helps me clear out old energy
And each day I make a vow to show the world the best of me

I thank you, Lord, for my life and mindset
I’ve learned many life lessons, some I’d rather forget
Nonetheless, they all brought me to this point in time
Where I am finally in control of my life and my mind

Lord, I’ll always be grateful for your poetry and advice
I learn new perceptions and share what you have me write 
I am blessed to have these gifts and these precious words
They help me conquer the negativity that my subconscious learned

I used to think that I walked these rocky roads alone
And I use to believe that I’d never find my place or my home 
But for once I can say that these thoughts are finally gone
I found my home, I found love, and this is where I grow strong
