My Last Words

This is it,
My last night on earth,
They did it,
The won,
So congratulations,
To the kids at school,
My parents,
Who ever wrote those notes,
You won,
I'm done,
You never saw the cuts,
You never saw the bruises,
I guess I just thought maybe someday I'll find someone's that cares,
But
Who
Could
EVER
Care
About
A
Mistake
Like me

Goodbye

You could have been writing about me when I was in high school. I felt the same way. You have talent. Keep writing, and remember "this too shall pass". Don't let anyone steal your hope!
