My Last Plea

Cutting deeply into my withered soul, she laughs as I call out in agony and pushes the knife deeper into me Then leaves and takes away what made me whole Gasping helplessly i have lost control What my futures holding i cannot see I try to yell but whisper my last plea, "you are perfect, I need you" I extol "please don't leave I love you" my words last said, but upon deaf ears, my crys left unheard All that I am and that I was before now gone is my soul as I am dead My body still stands but without a word Althogh still breathing my soul lives no more
