My Invisible Lover
There is no other place I would rather be
With no worry of cost or fashion
Then together here with you and me
In bliss and impeccable passion
Although I cannot see or hear you
I know you are in my heart
But the place I am and the place you are
Make our two worlds far apart
Alas, I hope to come home to you
Each day with a bashful smile
For you are the only one I would say
Are the one that is worth all the while
But this is only a dream, a heavenly dream
Of what will someday be the real test
To see if what is invisible and seems to be
The treasure at the end of my quest
