Love is my hearts essence, shining,
Our love is perfect like a dream;
Walking hand in hand by a stream.
And my heart speaks of love burning,
The shadows folding around us;
Our kisses and words like stardust.
Without love, life is not living,
The love within us is immortal;
The passion is unchangeable.
Love for us is never fading,
Slowly, silently, now the moon;
The dawn dim, that rose far to soon.
I rest in his arms, trembling,
Words of love falling from my lips;
Tears from my hearts, whispering bliss.
Love is my hearts essence, shining,
And my heart speaks of love burning;
Without love, life is not living,
I rest in his arms, trembling.
