My Heart Stopped Beating With Yours  


sitting by a flowing brook
never again would she look
he’s  shattered   heart  from despair.

never again desire and dare
her  fingers through his  hair,
touch his skin so fair.

emotions clogged her throat sore
leaving her with nothing more.

tear dropped one last kiss
his spirit gone she’ll miss.

To sit on their banks, meditating To them babbling over rocks, relating To times gone by in Wiltshire I first dedicated my heart to nature No regrets, not ever on my part, bar one, humans they broke her heart.
