My Heart Speaks

It speak what it feels Because of what I see Because of what I hear Because of what I taste Because of what I smell Because of what I touch Whatever it feels Rushes into my veins Flows in my blood All the way to my fingers And through my fingers It diffuses into the pen, In to the ink Through the pen’s point The ink oozes Into a piece of paper Sitting before me And I scribble What my heart speaks

How wonderfully you rise to Deborah's challenge by describe the many sources of your inspiration, Bojosi! I wanted to enter this contest, but I can't seem to pinpoint the source of inspiration. You have excelled here! Love, Carolyn
