Silent One's My Heart Is A Secret Garden Contest
My heart is a secret garden Where flora and fauna be. The flowers in bloom, are present loves- My wife and children; crowns and bouquets. In other layers growing here Are trees, mighty and strong. These are my parents and those before Whose seeds, formed all that I am. The evergreens are faithful friends Who through winter never fade. Eternally growing, and full evermore Bring cover and color galore. The fruits in my garden were sown from laughter So many types, my garden seeks after. Bright and luscious, blessed and fulfilling Through every season, bring sweetness to life. There are animals, birds even insects too That all play their part in my garden. Hidden are roles and purposes here But needed for balance and rhythm. My secret to growing a richer garden Is to guard my heart and fervently love. Plant seeds of service and faithfully give Let forgiveness thrive and offenses pass.
