My Heart Cries Out Time and Again

This thought of you, is deep within.
Reminiscing, time and time, again.

I live my life, and wonder why,
why you left, and wave bye, bye.

Inside of me, you were the one.
The thought of you just lingers 

So many things, I didn't say,
as you hugged me, and walked away.

You took with you my heart and soul,
This love I had you'll never know.

Special flowers and sweet perfume,
are memories that fill, this room.

They say time heals, I'll wait and see,
to convince, this heart inside me.

This thought of you is felt within.
My heart cries out, time and again.

just saw your note under my comment I had left almost a month ago. I am listening to the wave bye bye song right now. It is very lovely. Kinda folksy like John Denver or James taylor. I actually have no time for simply listening to music but he WOULd be a good one if it were a hobby of mine. Mostly I hear pop music as I drive my car!

I love Jesse Winchester. Those three songs always touch my heart. I relate the songs to a past relationship and they touch my inner emotions. You have to take time for yourself Andrea slow down and smell the roses. God bless you.

Andrea go to Youtube and play those songs. They will touch your inner soul. Jesse Winchester is the most talented singer song writer that wasn't at the level of musician that he deserved to be please go and listen to I wave bye bye, and the others that I posted. Daydreaming is a natural course of events that we all go through, and reminiscing about a lost love and suddenly coming back to reality with a bang can be heart rending - I hope your love comes back to or you to her. My lost love and I met up after 22 years later, both of us divorced, he proposed to me week later, 5 months later we got married. Lovely poem Michael. Best wishes Jennifer

Oh painful love! As you know, I don’t indulge. We all have our ways to stop the pain. I guess you’ve gone You-Tube in between me leaving the art for mainly evacuating from next fire and next, and next. Life is very real here. No false comforts. Anyhoo, I checked in on you.
