My Heart

I found my heart when I heard my soul pining and missing you
I can't explain this because with you
I promised I was through
My heart has a different language, I must learn 
The laws and principles of love are very stern, 
being careful not to get burned

My heart want let me forget, 
all of the good times and fun
My head keeps reminding me of 
the disappointments, changes, and of how I promised I was done.
What am I to do, I realize I still need, 
still want, and still love you!!!

Be still my heart I see you, 
and my heart I hear you
I promise I won't hide, I won't fight you anymore, I won't run.
forgive me for walking away and always being done
My heart I surrender, and I let go
I realize this is okay 
Heart, My heart, I will honor you, 
please lead the way!!!!
