My Guardian Angel

With you my mind finds peace
In your arms, this city becomes an orchestra of silence whispering in the background
In your eyes, I can wish for the sun to linger on forever; knowing my moon hangs where I lay
One look at you and I can wish for no mirrors; knowing I can see my reflection clearly in your smile
You talked me into your heart
You walked me into your soul
You kissed me into your memories
And you nursed my heart in your bosom
You’ll always remain my morning; the very perfection I wake up to.
