My God, Thank You For Bringing Me Up Out of Sinfulness

January 25 Scripture Meditations Based on Leviticus 11-15

Key Verse – Leviticus 11:45 For I am the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.

MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR BRINGING ME UP OUT OF SINFULNESS 

Thank You for bringing me up out of sinfulness’ defilement
Toward Your holiness-fulfillment
Thru Your salvation’s eternal endowment
To grant me life everlasting and heaven-settlement.

Thank You for bringing me up out of sinfulness’ anxiety
Toward Your forgiveness-certainty
Thru Your mercy’s divine authority
To lead me to Your will’s sovereignty.

Thank You for bringing me up out of sinfulness’ destruction
Toward Your safety protection
Thru Your law’s guarding action
To shelter me from idolatry’s abomination.

Thank You for bringing me up out of sinfulness’ filthiness
Toward Your sanctification-cleanliness
Thru Your purification’s perfect worthiness
To clothe me with Your garments of righteousness.

Thank You for bringing me up out of sinfulness’ evil
Toward Your victory-power over the Devil
Thru Your truth’s refining anvil
To strengthen me of my faith while I stand morally civil.

Thank You for bringing me up out of sinfulness’ slavery
Toward Your freedom-liberty from iniquity’s misery
Thru Your sacrifice’s great mystery
To help me declare Your Gospel story.
