My Ginger Girls

I love my ginger girls
Bright green eyes
Red girly curls
Freckles everywhere you see
They look like their mother
And they act like me

Tempers flash like lightning
So quick with their wit
Fierce determination
Without any quit
They come with a hug
Or a fist to fight

A beautiful part of their mother
And of me
Loving hearts, loving eyes
So lucky to realize
My ginger girls
Are in my world
