My Gardens
My gardens are buried
under mountains of snow,
I can't see them anywhere
Winter has been my foe.
I have lots of seeds
that need to be put in the ground,
I can not plant anything
with all this snow around.
I know the first day of Spring
arrives Friday, of next week,
but this Winter looms over me
days are extremely bleak.
