My Friend the Wind
I am a cake on the sill
made during the night’s still
will cool with the wind
who is favored my friend.
my aroma will be noted
recipe now promoted
A blue ribbon at best
inspired and chosen by guest
the wind provides my presence
notably the fine vanilla essence
it brought about a hearty grin
and a smile from my friend.
