My Friend Has Gone

My friend has gone this time, faraway alone Sadly nothing has changed the moon still dangles on space waves break with foamy faces rain drops on green pallet the robin gorges on strewn millet But why does my heart ache? an emptiness resides in silence sometimes I murmur with no spell Life goes on, they all say but it's hard to digest My friend, I won't see you again an anguish, a morbid pain! But you will be in my memory in my mind, till my journey ends So long! be tranquil and get rest.

Thank you, Kim. Sometimes, there is so much pain to absorb in life, and that's appalling.
