I’ve been given a rare giggle fish
he lives in a glass bowl not a dish
My giggle fish acts just like a clown
he swims well, so he’ll never drown
I’ve named my pet giggle fish Tony
he’s scrawny; he’s so thin and bony
He blows raspberries in his glass bowl
Tony’s tiny, but he’s got lots of soul!
He seemed cold, so I must confess
I bought him a blue sequined dress!
He wears it when we go out for a walk
When folk see us, they stand and gawk!
Tony can giggle; it's a fact not a hoax
he recites rude rhymes and bad jokes
At night time I read him Dr Seuss
as he sips his purple orange juice
I bend down to kiss his small head
as I tuck him in a feather lined bed
When he wakes he pours me some tea
he’s a unique pet, I think you’ll agree!
