The day came for me to take a test The news was good, my life was the best Weeks went by, my happiness grew I kept you to myself, nobody knew I woke up one morning Felt something wasn’t right Inside me was a dimming light. I started to bleed not knowing why When I had tests, I did nothing but cry. I learnt you weren’t well, my precious joy You were real to me, not just a toy.
