My First Flight

Tightly tucked in my house so closed. Open a hatch to begin my life. One wing out and then the other, Flap them hard, dry them out. Breath in, breath out, begin to wake. With a push and a breeze I begin my flight. I fly through the air then come to rest for my first landing on a puppies nose.
