My Feet Are Planted On Solid Ground ( Free Verse)

(Through Faith) As I climbed through the valley And walked through the shadowy depths, My Faith being more than That of a tiny mustard seed Planted in fertile soil. There were mountains, which stood in my way Trying to block my Loves true Light, My mind was made up and said be you removed And they vanished clear out of sight. Now I can see the beauty, Shared between the Light and me. For here within these fertile lands, My faith shall continue to flourish and grow; The Light gently washed away all soil from my gowns And made my soul cleaner than the pure driven snow. There's no more room for those mountains now, 'cause I've planted my feet on solid ground. Oh, Come and see! The Light has built me a house on His rock won’t you please come in and enjoy the fine hospitality.
