My Fathers Day Poem
" MY FATHER'S DAY POEM FOR MY DAD "
Dad
If I could...
I would buy every seat in Dodger Stadium and tell you to pick one today for you they play,
if it meant that you'd always be around and never ever go away.
if I could....
I would take back everything I ever did that brought you any type of pain,
if it meant spending another 30 years with you is what I'd gain.
if I could....
I would reverse every regret and bad decision you ever felt in your life you made,
if it meant you live longer and free of any problems that would cause you not to have stayed.
if I could....
I give you every nerve in my body and wouldn't even for a minute Miss them.
Even if I'd never feel a thing.....If it was to cure you?
I'd give up my whole nervous system.
If I could.....................You know what I WILL do?
I will go before God and tell him you're the
best father I could have ever had,
I'd thank him for making you my hero & plead your case for heaven cuz to me?
" You Were the Perfect Dad! "
