My Father Tongue
I spoke to my children the same way my father spoke to me. They often asked, “What did you say, Mom?” I believe it will all make sense to them one day. If you listen carefully, you will understand things in your own way!
Open your ears to listen truly, and you will experience everything in your unique manner. The younger generation, including Gen Z and the children of the millennium, is feeling these changes right now.
As baby boomers, we tried to share important life lessons with them, but they did not always follow our advice. The nature of relationships today is evolving rapidly, and our children are struggling to cope with these changes.
Social media increasingly influences how we raise our children. Much like the Pied Piper, it captivates them with the allure of popularity and validation through likes and shares. This can mislead young people, affecting their self-esteem and social interactions. As they navigate this landscape, children may prioritize virtual approval over genuine connections. This highlights the need for parental guidance in managing the impact of social media on their development.
According to the statistical findings, Alpha children will push through like marching soldiers:
