My Destined Starlight

Soul
Breaking 
Lies whispered,
Seeking escape,
Soaked in caged deceit;
Mimes mocking withering 
Posies, left parched and sundered—
Suspended beneath obscured dusks,
Dripping amidst blinding aftermaths,
Idly shadowed by lewd scars of talons 
Amidst alcoves of echoing nocturnes 
Unshackled by your sweet afterglow, 
Healing me with the elixir 
Of our dawning horizons, 
Strumming eurythmic tunes, 
Suppressing starless 
demons, betwixt
Soul-stirring 
Destined 
Love.

Dear Fading Star, I adore your use of rich language to convey such mesmerizing imagery and deep emotions. Your etheree is expressive and enchanting with the cosmic forces of love.. not always achievable in an etheree.. but the golden magic of your soul-baring pen brings me to the center of this "Soul-stirring/Destined/Love", despite the restrictions of this poetic form. I adore "scars of talons" and "elixir/Of our dawning horizons" and the use of the word "betwixt". Love the title too! Love it all! Your poetic gift shines like starlight, my friend!
