My Country
a country so beautiful
a land so vast and fertile
blessed with the biggest lake
and the longest in the world
diamonds and gold
buried under
but very weak leaders
mediocre in perfomance
a people so weakened
our neighbors laugh and mock
our mountain,profits them instead
our minerals,enriches them
ooh,our tanzanite
but our elites
drink with them and make deals
that empoverish our villages
what a nation.
